  • Biography: Phil founded Active Energy Management in 2000 to provide energy management services to commercial, industrial and leisure clients in Asia. Phil has deep competency in low energy mechanical and electrical design, testing & commissioning management, energy reduction investigations, turnkey renewable energy installation, as well as low energy industrial and commercial lighting. Phil manages all technical activities related to RESET Energy projects and supervise on-site investigation teams.

    At AEM he has delivered energy management services to over 70 clients in China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Australia, with extensive facility-level experience in Mainland China. Phil holds BEng and MSc degrees in combined engineering (electrical, mechanical, building services) from the UK and is a Licensed Carbon Auditor by the Hong Kong EMSD. His sectoral expertise covers all aspects of textile & apparel, consumer electronics, banking IT & data centres and aerospace engineering.
